1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Agora Logistics sp. z o.o., ul. Balicka 100, 30-149 Kraków, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001052673, NIP 6762648990, REGON 526105944. On matters concerning personal data, write to serwis@agorapartner.pl or to our registered office address.

2. What data we process

We process the data you provide in the contact form: your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message. Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or telephone number we will not be able to reply.

The hosting provider's server also records standard logs: IP address, the date and time of the request, and browser data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process the data from the form in order to reply to your message and deal with the matter it concerns — the basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR/RODO), and where the message is aimed at concluding a contract — steps taken prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR/RODO). We process server logs in order to ensure the security and stability of the website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR/RODO).

4. Retention period

We keep correspondence for as long as is needed to deal with the matter and, once it is closed, until the limitation periods for any claims expire. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to the entities that run our website: Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), Cloudflare, Inc. (protection of the form against spam — the Turnstile mechanism) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads, only after you give consent). Webflow and Cloudflare have their registered offices in the USA, and data from Google tools may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; data is transferred on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (operation of the website and Cloudflare Turnstile) — without consent. After you click I accept, we switch on Google Analytics and Google Ads, including remarketing and conversion measurement. Before you give consent, we do not start Google tools — we do not connect to them and we do not store any cookies or identifiers on your device.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings — the page will stay readable, but the form may not work.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the scope of the website or the law changes. The version in force is always available at agoralogistics.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
