The agoralogistics.pl website is operated by Agora Logistics sp. z o.o. These terms govern the use of the website and the contact form — please read them before sending an enquiry.

1. General provisions

The agoralogistics.pl website is operated by Agora Logistics sp. z o.o., ul. Balicka 100, 30-149 Kraków, KRS 0001052673, NIP 6762648990, REGON 526105944 (hereinafter: the Service Provider). These terms are made available free of charge and constitute the terms of service for the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

2. Services provided by electronic means

Through the website the Service Provider provides two services free of charge: making available information about its business, and a contact form for sending a message. The contract for these services is concluded when you enter the website or send the form, and ends when you leave the website or when the enquiry has been dealt with.

3. Technical requirements

To use the website all you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and the necessary cookies enabled. To use the form you need an active e-mail address or telephone number.

4. Rules of use

Supplying unlawful content is prohibited, including sending through the form any content that infringes the law or the rights of third parties. The Service Provider may leave enquiries that breach this prohibition without a reply.

5. Prices and website content

Information about services and the prices given on the website are gross prices and are for information only — they do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (art. 71 k.c.). The binding scope and cost of a service are agreed each time before it is carried out.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the website may be submitted to serwis@agorapartner.pl or in writing to our registered office address. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data, including the data provided in the contact form, are described in Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

These terms are in force from 24.08.2026. The Service Provider may amend the terms for important reasons, in particular where the scope of the services or the law changes; the amended version is published on the website. Matters not governed by these terms are subject to Polish law.
