One yard instead of five companies
Agora Logistics operates at ul. Balicka 100 in Kraków Bronowice. Workshop, tyre fitting, detailing, a tow truck around the clock, car rental, invoicing for taxi drivers and residence legalisation — all in one place.
We do most of the work on our own site
Mechanics, tyres, paintwork and the tow truck all stand on one yard. The car does not circulate between subcontractors, so there is no waiting for someone else's slot or for a second transport.
You know the price before anyone picks up a spanner
A quote to approve before the repair, and the tow truck rate we give over the phone, before the truck sets off. If something more comes up along the way, we call.
We say plainly when it can wait
If the car can be driven safely or a set of tyres will last another season, we will say so plainly — with no hard-sell.
It started with servicing our own taxi fleet — today it is six departments at one gate
Agora started out servicing our own taxi fleet. When a fleet grows, it quickly turns out that the workshop alone is not enough: the car has to be brought in somehow, the driver has to be given a replacement car in line with availability, and the paperwork has to be sorted so that he can drive legally.
That is why each new service came not from a business plan but from the questions we were hearing on site. First tyres and paintwork, then the tow truck 24/7, then car rental, driver invoicing and residence legalisation.
Today it is six separate departments on one street. A driver caught out by a breakdown on a Friday evening gets a tow truck from us, a replacement car from our fleet (in line with availability) and the repair in our workshop — without ringing three different places.
We serve you in Polish — the documents, the invoicing and the quotes are in Polish too. Conversations in other languages we arrange individually, when the team is able to.

History
Six departments, one gate at Balicka 100
Every department grew out of a specific need of the drivers we were serving on site — which is why they all keep to one address.
Today the departments work separately — workshop, tow truck, detailing, car rental, invoicing and legalisation — but the breakdown, the replacement car and the paperwork are all sorted at one gate.

A car that does not drive has to be brought in somehow, and the customer needs a replacement car while it is repaired — in line with fleet availability.
