We recover cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes, hybrids and EVs. The vehicle always travels on the flatbed, never on its own wheels, whatever the drivetrain. We also hire out the flatbed on its own, without a driver: you'll need the right licence category, a deposit and a quick chat about insurance. Date and rate agreed by phone before handover.
The flatbed pulls straight into our yard at Balicka 100, where the workshop is. No second transfer: overnight the car sits behind our gate, not on the street outside a block of flats, and we do the diagnostics on the first working day.

We charge for the route both ways — getting to you and coming back. If a wheel is locked or the car is in a ditch, there's a surcharge for a difficult recovery — and we tell you straight away, not when we're loading up.

When to call
When a tow truck makes sense — and when it's money down the drain
The flatbed makes sense when the car can still be saved and driving it would only make things worse. Most calls come after a bump in a car park, a failed clutch or gearbox, a puncture with no spare, or a car that's sat all winter and won't start.
Not sure you need the flatbed at all? Ring us and describe what's happening. Sometimes it's enough to drive slowly to Balicka and save yourself the cost of a tow — we'll tell you straight rather than send the truck for the sake of it.

Yes — on the flatbed. Towing one of these on its wheels can wreck the drivetrain, and that repair costs more than the tow itself. The flatbed also takes vans up to 3.5 tonnes, motorbikes and scooters — secured at the manufacturer's tie-down points with a chock and the right straps.
Who pays for the tow after a crash?
If the other driver is at fault, their third-party insurance usually covers the tow. At the scene we secure the car and take photos, then help you put together the paperwork for the insurer. Just let us know it's an insurance job on the very first call.
What happens to the car once it reaches the workshop?
