Three steps, the same for an oil change and for an engine overhaul. You know the price before work starts, and if something extra comes up along the way, we call before we do it.

Report
You call and describe the symptoms and when they happen. Based on that we tell you whether it's worth coming in today and how long the job will take. If the car can't drive, our tow truck brings it in.

Diagnostics and estimate
We read the fault codes, explain what they mean, and check the car on the lift. Scope and price for you to approve. Nobody touches the key before you approve it.

Repair and pickup
For longer repairs, a courtesy car — depending on fleet availability. We hand back the car with an invoice and tell you what to watch next time.

A quote before the work — 172.20 zł per hour
After the diagnosis we give you the scope and the price to approve: labour separately, parts separately. Nobody picks up a spanner until you confirm the figure.
Tow truck and a courtesy car
Our tow truck brings the car in, and for a longer repair we give you a courtesy car from our own fleet, subject to availability. One company, one phone number.
We say when a repair is not worth it
If the repair costs more than the car is worth, or the fault can safely wait until the next service, we say so plainly instead of writing up a long job sheet.
