Consultation and a check of your legal basis
Information on your current basis of stay in Poland and how long it is valid. That is what decides which route to take — sometimes the obvious one is not the best. We talk by phone, in Kraków or remotely — Warsaw cases too. In Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Documents
A list of documents for your specific case, not a general one from the internet. We check every attachment: expiry dates, translations, consistency of the data. We make sure the application is filled in correctly.

Filing through MOS and case handling
Since 27.04.2026 residence applications are filed electronically only, through the MOS module. We file the application, keep track of its status and of the deadlines for requests for additional documents, and send word when the card is waiting to be collected. In Kraków the wait for a decision is currently from 6 months to a year — for work, business and family reunification cases. No bureau can shorten that time; what we do is make sure a gap in the documents does not make it longer.

CUKR residence card
A three-year residence card for Ukrainian citizens who have been under temporary protection. Application window: 4 May 2026 – 4 March 2027, electronically through MOS only (conditions and deadlines — gov.pl/web/udsc). We file a complete application and handle the case through to collection of the card.

Temporary residence card
Temporary stay and work, a card for a sole trader with a JDG, coordination of family members' cases — for each person we prepare a separate application and a full set of documents where the procedure requires it. We handle cases in Kraków and in Warsaw. In Kraków the proceedings currently take from six months to a year — it depends on the basis of the application and on how busy the office is. We will tell you at the start what to expect, instead of promising a deadline that is not ours to set.

Long-term resident and citizenship
Permanent statuses: EU long-term resident status and recognition as a Polish citizen. In these cases, since 5 March 2026 the office does not refund the stamp duty if it refuses — so we check the requirements first and only then file the application.

How we work and what we do not promise
We do not promise a decision
The decision is issued by the office and no bureau has a guarantee on it. We look after what we can actually influence: a complete set of documents, a correct application and the deadlines.
The full cost from the start
Alongside our price there are always the official fees. Since 5 March 2026 the stamp duty is not refunded if the application is refused, so we do not file applications without checking the requirements first.
The documents you need
Most formal deficiencies come from the form itself: the wrong box, dates that do not match, a missing attachment. We check every document before filing.
We keep to the deadlines
A request to supply missing documents comes with a strict deadline, and missing it is the most common road to a refusal. We keep the case calendar on our side.
